The Miami12hour is a WUCA sanctioned 12 hour event. Competitors ride as many miles as they can in 12 hours. Event starts at Black Point Park and Marina. Awards will be given in gender and age groups for singles, tandem, recumbent and HPVs
12 Hour Race and Century Ride begins as a mass start at the same time(6:00am)
12 Hour Race (Drafting) Start Time 6:00 am
The Miami12hour 12 Hour Race begins at Black Point Park and Marina (6:00am) with a long 105 Miles Loop traveling West through Florida City to the first turn around point at Entrance Station to Everglades National Park . Riders then ride back East to Florida City before heading south via Card Sound Road to Key Largo for the second Turn Around Point and back to the start finish area at Black Point Park and Marina, 12 hour racers then transition into the Medium Loop(27 miles), between 4:00 pm-4:15 pm riders will then transfer to the Short Loop(4.4 Miles) until the end of the race at 6:00 pm. Only laps finished before 6:00 pm will count toward your total distance.
Century Ride(100 Miles) Start Time 6:00 am
The Miami12hour Century Ride begins at Black Point Park and Marina (6:00am) with a long 105 Miles Loop traveling West through Florida City to the first turn around point at Entrance Station to Everglades National Park . Riders then ride back East to Florida City before heading south via Card Sound Road to Key Largo for the second Turn Around Point and back to the start finish area at Black Point Park and Marina
The Miami12hour consists of three loops:

No direct follow allowed anywhere on the course.
Crew could assist their rider anywhere on the course in case of a mechanical.
Crew assisting riders must be as far as possible to the right without obstructing traffic and in a safe manner.
The course is fully marked with arrows on the road and there are volunteers spread out along the course also.
The Miami12hour is open to the public.
